IBRAM is always committed to the highest international standards of safety and governance and, therefore, seeks transparency and trust in the management of these structures, which are fundamental to the mining sector. Tailings 2026 will discuss the importance of tailings disposal structures, highlighting the evolution of processes, licensing, and technical requirements aimed at increasing safety. The seminar will cover the management of interfaces between engineers of record, designers, and independent groups of international experts, as well as best practices in geotechnical engineering applied to dams and tailings piles, aligned with the best references and safety standards.
